Technical Sales Support (Temp)
Areas of Responsibilites:
- Coverage of and response to sales inquiries through calls/emails
- Provide pre sales technical support
- Technical documents translation & management
- Sales, market and customer data collection & management
- Serve to review ATS hold
- Other tasks assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- MS or above in Physics or EE preferred;
- 2+ years working experience (fresh graduate with qualifications acceptable);
- Willing to learn and support;
- A team player with good interpersonal skills;
- Self-initiated and results-oriented.
Field Service Engineer (Shenzhen)
Areas of Responsibilites:
- Analyzes, diagnoses, and troubleshoots system problems via telephone or at customer site
- Performs installation, repair, upgrades and preventive maintenance on installed system at customer sites
- Maintains appropriate tools and keeps on hand and as required
- Travels as required for the purpose of performing service activities at customer sites
- Update the know-how knowledge about the company′s products and improve the service to customer
- Prepare updates and maintain accurate logs, equipment performance data, service records, parts usage documentation and diagnostic update
- Serve as a point of contact between customers and engineering team; communicate customer requirements, system performance, and reliability issues
- Help the service administrator to maintain a clear record of the part inventory and parts being sold
- Run customer demonstrations and samples at local Coherent facilities
- Ensure local stock is kept up-to-date and coordinate shipment and return of parts
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineering or Physics
- Prior experience in Capital Equipment, Lasers or Electro-Optics is advantageous
- Self-driven and able to work independently, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Based in Shenzhen, Guangdong
Senior Accountant
Responsibilities:
- To participate in annual Budget and Rolling Forecast process, and provide budgetary & forecast financial reports
- Effectively communicates with corporate and regional finance team and responds to their request in a timely manner
- Actively engages in Monthly/Quarterly financial closing by reviewing and analyzing Asian business entities
- Provides cash forecast to effect cash management.
- Provides analysis to required financial reports
- Intercompany transaction coordination and management
- Performs other related duties and projects.
- SOX documentation preparation ensure the controls are operating as designed
- Coordinate with Management, internal and external auditors regarding SOX compliance, testing, and issue resolution
- Other projects or tasks assigned
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
- Three to five (3-5) years of progressive accounting experience
- Thorough knowledge of spreadsheet and database management systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Experience with ERP system would be a definite asset.
- Good English both in Oral and written
- CPA firm experience will be a plus.
Logistic Planner (Shanghai)
Duties and responsibilities:
- Processing in warranty goods out of warehouse Warranty Bonded Warehouse including all documents and Oracle transactions including.
- Processing out of warranty goods out of the Warranty Bonded Warehouse
- Exporting in warranty defective good out of China
- Process all repairs in Oracle including WIP jobs
- Attending weekly production meetings to address – Service logistics / repair in Shanghai
- Develop key metrics for the service logistics business in Shanghai – Reported weekly
- Drive corrective actions in Shanghai
- Schedule parts to customer orders
- Measuring weekly on-time performance for all shipments out of the Shaghai warehouses
- Create IR’s for purchasing stock for the Shanghai warehouse– Per GLS Master Schedule
- Create ICSO’s for routing defective material to repair centers
- Receiving and Shipping for all defective unit ship to Shanghai repair center for repair
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree and preferable in logistics or supply-chain management.
- More than 3 years working experience in service logistics area or relative reverse supply chain area
- Good at oral and written English
- Good computer skills, ability to work with Microsoft office tool.
- Bonded warehouse experience preferred
- Oracle experience is preferred.
Commercial Sales Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Working in the commercial sales group, exploring new sales opportunities in the given territory
- Developing and managing existing accounts
- Providing annual and quarterly forecast and report, achieving sales quota assigned
- Collecting market/competition information
Requirements:
- BS or above in Physics or EE
- Familiar with laser fundamentals and related applications
- Related working experience preferred

- Available for travel to Germany/Korea/Taiwan for training and service support
- Physically fit and able to lift objects up to 20kg.
