Internship
Responsibilities:
- Gathering first-hand information in laser market
- Possible approach include Exhibition, Seminar, Company visit, Internet search
- Sort out the collected information with a final Marketing Report
Requirements:
- Education background in Laser or Marketing
- Good communication skills both in English and Chinese
- Result oriented, logical, diligent
- Interested in exploring unknown
- Good conscientiousness and team player
Field Service Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Coherent product installation and servicing
- Provide customer training
- Document all service calls
- Working with the factory to resolve any outstanding issues
- Enforce commitment to ethical and normal business practices in conformity with standards in China and the Coherent Inc.
Requirements:
- Must be a team player
- Experience in Electronic equipment repair and maintenance
- Hands on skill is a must
- Fluent in English communications, both oral and written
- BS or above in Electronics, mechanics or automation
- 2+ year working experience in the related area
Sales Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Working in the sales group, exploring new sales opportunities in the given territory
- Developing and managing existing accounts
- Providing annual and quarterly forecast and report, achieving sales quota assigned
- Collecting market/competition information
Requirements:
- BS or above in Physics or Electro circuit and Electronics
- Familiar with laser material processing applications
- At least 3 years working experience in the related area
- Result oriented skilled sales
- Good communication skills both in English and Chinese
- Good Team player
Application Engineer
Responsibility:
- Demo or first system installation
- Verification of apps testing
- Peripheral equipment advice
- Recommend system tests
- Consulting with customers to get systems to market faster
- Take Applications developed in Coherent and assists customers to replicate process.
- Train customers on “best practice” in integrating Coherent lasers
- Gather field intelligence on markets, applications and competition
- Resource to troubleshoot customer’s issues on a project basis
- Share gained knowledge across WW FIE
Requirements:
- BS or above in Physics or EE
- Familiar with laser material processing applications
- At least 3 years working experience in the related area
- Result oriented
- Good communication skills both in English and Chinese
- Good Team player
Technical Sales Support Engineer
Areas of Responsibilities:
- Help answer questions on the phone like they do in NA
- Provide pre sales technical support
- Serve to review ATS hold
- Provide pre sales technical support
- Help in support the rest of Asia
Qualifications and Requirements:
- PhD preferred (MS minimum);
- Physics, EE or laser Engineering major;
- 2+ years working experience (fresh graduate acceptable if have the right qualifications);
- Willing to learn and support;
- A team player with good interpersonal skills;
- Self-initiated and results-oriented.
Sr. Account Manager
- Self motivated
- 1st degree in science
- 8+ plus capital equipment sale experience, experience with Rofin, Trumpf, KT etc desirable if appropriate
- Able to identify and develop new accounts
- Familiar with the solar and other new market
- Familiar with laser application preferred
- Coordinating with the entire team including finance and service and other associates
- Excellent written and spoken English
